The Level 2 Customized Certification in Customer Engagement Operation is an entry level position in BPO companies that is designed to prepare persons to carry out functions such as customer engagement agents, associate/ support  professionals within the industry. It will also equip individual to progress to a wide range of other qualifications in the Customer Engagement Operations Sector and the wider Business Process Outsourcing industry.
