Network Service and Support Level 2

This qualification is for persons who wish to participate in the Information and Communication Technology sector.  It includes a range of work activities relating to entry level networking persons. A network technician maintains local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs) for network connectivity, security and performance.
